AURORA BOREALIS
Those in the Northern Hemisphere were stunned when abnormally strong Solar activity brought "The Northern Lights" to locations typically too-southern to witness their splendor.
These photos were taken a scant 46 Miles from the Las Vegas Strip!
Taken at the east entrance of Valley Of Fire State Park, the Muddy Mountains and lack of humidity in the air help to prevent the spread of "Glitter Gulch"'s brilliant lights.
In addition, the brightness of the aurora was mind blowing! This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
