20 minutes (17 miles) North and West of Pioche Nevada, this remote site is on the way to Great Basin National Park and has a beautiful view overlooking the Eagle Valley.  According to www.LightPollutionMap.info, this is a Bortle Class 1 location, meaning the sky is as free of light pollution as you can possibly get!
From Las Vegas, take Highway 93 (The Great Basin Highway) North for 3 hours and turn left onto Bristol Wells Road.  After 6 minutes, you're there!
